If you are having trouble uploading a file to your application, you can try using another browser. Please make sure that your pop-up blockers are disabled in the browser you use.
If even after switching browsers you are unable to upload the file, you should close all browser windows and reopen them. You may also try to log out of the application and then log back in.
If you continue to have trouble uploading the file to your application, you may forward the file to the Technical Support team and they will attempt to upload the file for you. Be sure to include where exactly in the application the file should be uploaded.
